Can somebody who uses KODI 18 Leia on Android TV Box (preferably Nvidia Shield) confirm getting the below message when you launch KODI?

This screen shot was from an early releases of Leia.

Been using Leia for months have never seen that message so far

I only saw that on the x86 android emulator.
It's due to the x86 asm optimizations in ffmpeg, from what I could google.

As long as we keep 22 as targetSdkVersion, the message should not appear on production devices.
If we move up, Android starts *really* complaining...

Are you on Nvidia Shield with the latest firmware 5.2?

Yeah maybe this was the case. And correct me if I'm wrong that I may need to install kodi-xxxxx-master-arm64-v8a.apk?

I may pull the trigger and update to Kodi 18 nightly, but what should I backup from Kodi 17 so in case I changed my mind or got issues I will then be able to restore, I have about 1000+ movies scrapped and artwork downloaded.

Mmm... Aren't you already running 18? You lost me.
Could you specify which Kodi version you're using on what (I assume Shield, but just to confirm the assumption).

Sorry for causing a confusion. I was on 18 but downgraded to 17 due to the disturbing message that I was getting. Yes, currently I'm on 17.

@Koying

Could you say something about the backup part of Kodi? Which folder should I backup so I can peacefully restore it if I want to get back to 17?

I remembered I did this once and then when I restored the backup, it restored the movies but didn't restore the Artwork and I had to download the Artwork for all the movies. It was a painful task.

Also I don't want to go through the cycle of downloading all the add-ons and configure them.

Where does the Artwork Downloader add-on stores the files?

Just copy the .kodi folder from /Android/data/org.xbmc.kodi/files/ (you'll need to turn on show hidden files) to you backup location.

When you get ready to restore, run Kodi once then close it. You can then copy your backed up .kodi folder to the same path.
