Attention:
I've downgraded my GlobalSearch integration back to 7.0. All users have to manually uninstall or downgrade the installed 8.0 version to the latest official version, which is available in the Kodi repo.

My addons -> Program addons -> Globalsearch -> Info -> "Update" -> Select "7.x.x" from the Kodi repo.

@Sualfred: Just want to report two possible bugs: Music videos in the sidebar is not working (at least not for me). And you cannot deactivate standard widgets in the Music Hub (respective settings are uneffective).

The current weather is already displayed in the upper right corner. To access the full weather window you have to go the sidebar.
If you configured your trakt plugin correctly, it should recognize the Kodi internal watched state.
If you want a context menu integration you ccan create a own context menu plugin or download a existing one (if it exists) ->http://kodi.wiki/view/Context_Item_Add-ons

Can we select this. (Don't think the "Get more..." should be there, it shows on a lot of these dialogs instead of OK)

If you don't have a pageup/down button it's tedious going up and down through any sort of a list. Also when you get to the end of list like this pressing down again just selects the buttons instead of going back to the top, buttons can be selected anytime by pressing left or right

Unless you have a button keymapped to playlist you can't pullup the current playlist, normally you just hit left and get the sideblade like the image below

Maybe put it in the topbar similar to the extra icons when something's playing

If you have anything in custom widgets slot 5 and 6 in the TV hub you can't scroll down to see them, you can see the top of 5th one but that's it. Movie hub doesn't have this problem

Before you have any media playing, if I go into a smartlist playlist and queue a few items from it you can't then go into the playlist that creates without having a button mapped to playlist

EDIT: Just noticed too if you have the holiday theme enabled and press Back on the home screen it shows the player

That's the normal behaviour because it starts the playback in the background.

I've added a playlist icon to the header and adjusted the holiday theme audio handling a bit. Update is currently uploading.

The sort dialog options are provided by the Kodi core. Episodes have no "last added" setting, but you could use "play count".

Depending on where and how the lists are implemented -> forced in a dynamic list container / smart playlist and the usage of "play count" or "date" I guess.
There is a videodb://recentlyaddedepisodes/ node available, but this list is filled with all TV shows.

Edit:
There is a setting available to jump directly to next unwatched episode in the list (Settings -> Media -> Videos -> "Select first unwatched TRV show season/episode"). By enabling it, it will always jump to the first unwatched item as soon as you'll enter the TV show folder.
