I still don't get what you mean or what you trying to achieve.
All I see is that you are using EmbyCon and with EmbyCon it needs hardcoded API calls because it does not interact with the Kodi existing internal library paths and smart playlists.
And the hub windows of Emby and EmbyCon library nodes are static. They are filtered to output only the elements of the choosen library (Emby does support multiple libraries. Eg Movies, Kids Movies, etc).
