At the end of 17.1 installation, and clicking on the "Run Kodi" box, rec. this err. msg.: Either MSVCP140..dll is missing or not designed to run on Windows. I am running Win. 7 Professional X64 SP1. I know this file is contained in MS VC ++Redistributable 2015(which I have downloaded from MS.com & reinstalled it, I still receive the same error when installing any Kodi v17.1 or newer. How can I rectify this situation?
