Sorry if this is a re-post...I looked and did not see it...I have a massive library and my issue is I want to create a profile for my children and just put animation movies from my source in it...other than scan the entire media source and then remove the movies outside of the animation genre , as this would take days and days to accomplish...will appreciate any help with this problem...thanks.

Start the other way. Create a separate root folder for kids animation movies and use it as a separate source.
A profile is easy but you'll need to switch back/forth to your own profile.
Or smart playlists can filter out the animation videos in the total video library.
