I believe the error message is referring to the Amazon Fire TV. Not 100% sure though.

I have got the same problem.

I have a Samsung KS7000 if that helps.

I had the same problem and after contacting Amazon help I was
prompted to the following:-Go to home screen-settings-device-about-update-then delete app and reinstall. Worked form me.
