Hello all,
I have just purchased an Nvidia Shield & have installed Kodi along with the VU+ / Enigma add-on so I can stream TV from my set-top box to another TV in my house. I have gotten everything working accept that when viewing a TV channel I get no audio. If I go into “Audio & subtitle settings” when viewing the channel and select “Audio Stream” & then select “MP2 Stereo (2/2)” I get audio. Problem is on some channels this is the audio descriptive channel so you get a person describing what's on screen over the audio. With audio stream “English – AC3 (1/2)” selected I get no audio at all. I just have the Nvidia shield plugged directly into my TV via HDMI & have no AV receiver/amp. Can kodi decode AC3 audio? Because if it can why with AC3 audio stream selected do I get no Audio?
