Disable Kodi's volume control ?
#1
Hi,

As I didn't find an answer to my question, I just ask it on a new thread.
Sorry for my english if it's not clear, I'm not english, so don't hesitate to ask some precision if you don't understand.

I have a Shield TV with Kodi on it. I control Kodi mostly with my Harmony, but sometimes with Yatse on my Android phone (for listening music without having the TV on).
Here is my problem: when I change the volume on my phone, Kodi's volume is managed. When I change it on the Harmony (Shield mode), Shield's volume is managed.

Is there any way to manage Shield's volume with Yatse, and not Kodi's one ?
Said differently, is it possible to disable Kodi's volume control in order to, in any case, manage the Shield's volume (and once for all forgetting Kodi's volume) ?
Yatse doesn't seem to have any plugin allowing this, and anyway I don't think it's a solution as Yatse is just a remote. I don't think it's able to send a command like "send volume command to the Shield, not to Kodi".

Note: my amp is a simple hifi one, without CEC control. I can't do anything there.

Thanks for your help.
