After update of the last 27 December 2017 on Debian Stretch from Debian Multimedia cause a bad sound in IPTV Simple Client, Music work correctly but I didn't try with Videos.
The problem seems to be on package "libavcodec" version 3.4.1-dmo1~bpo9+1.
After rollback to previus version the sounds on RADIO and TV work corectly.
I downgraded the packages below from http://www.deb-multimedia.org/pool/main/...ffmpeg-dmo:

libavfilter6:amd64 3.3.5-dmo2~bpo9+1
libswresample2:amd64 3.3.5-dmo2~bpo9+1
libpostproc54:amd64 3.3.5-dmo2~bpo9+1
libswscale4:amd64 3.3.5-dmo2~bpo9+1
libavresample3:amd64 3.3.5-dmo2~bpo9+1
libavcodec57:amd64 3.3.5-dmo2~bpo9+1
