Hi new to forum

Need so help with bad stuttering with my AFTV 4k

my AFTV is connected to my netgear 1000Gb switch and them to my Asus AC3200 router ( it is NOT connected to the WiFi ) Lan ONLY.

I have my own external network Lan hard drive which is connected directly to my router, I thought this was the fastest way of streaming my videos.

I have watched load of YouTube videos with no luck still haveing the same issues

I have a very big collection of my DVD & Blu-Ray rip to MP4. I am using kodi as a complete default media player only.

There is NO issue with buffering, only bad stuttering can any one help with this plz

or can some one recommend another piece of hardware I could purchase.

To receive meaningful assistance you will need to provide a full debug log.

If you are using the Basic Method, then ensure the following is applied...
1.Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging,
2.Restart Kodi
3.Replicate the problem.

If you are using the Advanced Method ensure you have correctly created and applied the advancedsettings.xml file.

In both instances, you should see the word DEBUG throughout the log.

Note: Full logs only. No partial or redacted logs
