I wrote a Kodi addon to browse and watch Canada's CBC's amazing Olympics streams. Unfortunately for other countries they're geo-blocked. It's awaiting acceptance into the official repo but in the meantime give it a go and let me know if you have any problems with it.

THANK YOU!!! Now I can watch the event replays on my TV instead of using the crapping CBC Olympics app on my tablet.

Plugin works perfectly on my LibreELEC 8.0.2 release (Kodi 17.3). No issues to report.
