Hello. Is there any option in the code that would equalize the volume in all kodi applications?

When I watch Live TV and 5.1 movies, the sound on my AVR is ok.
When I turn on the Youtube application, the sound is very loud.

I checked when setting the Live TV setting: volume amplification.
When I increased the volume to 20db, I had similar loudness on live tv and on YouTube. When I turned on the movie with DTS 5.1 or DD 5.1, the sound was quiet. (volume amplicifation is blocked)

There are at least three different problems here:

Live TV 5.1 (PCM)
Youtube 2.0 (PCM)

Bitstream movies (DTS, AC3, etc.)

For bitstream that is passed through we have no influence. You could lower the PCM volume so that bitstream and PCM in general match. This won't solve louder input (youtube) though.
