That doesn't solve it for me.
Just disable Dxva, enable sync to display and disable change refresh rate.

That's the only reliable workaround for me.

What I really wonder is: have you tried downgrading nvidia drivers? to one 6 months ago?
Not tried yet, but a good idea. Do you use an older driver which you can recommend?
