In order to make it easier to take a look, test and add my skin fixes to the main skin code in your repo,
I made two PRs in your github.

- One for the Artwork Downloader additional support.

* Regarding to the "Bold" style of the SlimList view mode and slim layout titles, I haven't created a PR for it.
Because as you said, you think the Bold style is part of the SlimList view mode (And any slim layout that includes in other view modes)

* I have some more ideas to be done (As they was in the original skin), such as "Tags" style on poster thumbs etc
