See screenshots, pressing enter on Edit Categories does nothing in this menu. Same issue in Artwork menu for choosing fanart packs.

I'm on latest Kodi version. I'm thinking it's possibly due to something being disabled during version upgrade.

Any ideas?

Debug log would help the most, but if you believe that it might be due to upgrading, then try and run your install in portable mode.  This will recreate default settings in your installed directory.  Try to replicate.  If you can't replicate the problem, then it's something definitely with your settings and would recommend a fresh install.
