Hey all,
My Kodi 17.6 installation just out of the blue stopped opening on OSX 10.10.5 .
I haven't made any changes before it stopped working but I've tried a few things including: re-downloading and re-installing fresh from kodi.tv, deleting the "/users/username/Application Support/Kodi" folder and letting Kodi rebuild it but no luck so far.
The dock tile loads when I run it but nothing else appears. When I force-quit the dock tile I briefly get a glimpse of the 17.6 homescreen before it closes. It seems to get stuck on "checking resolution 16" according to the logs.
Any ideas what I can do to get kodi running again? kodi.log is attached below in the pastebin.

Update: Resolved?
Unfortunately I don't know what I did to resolve it.
Stared working again after the 2nd power cycle so I'm guessing it's HW related.
