In Leia the subtitles dialogue (from videoplayer) doesn't (always) do what the user expects.
1. When no subtitle is present, the ENABLE SUBTITLES slider is active. This is wrong. It should be inactive, as no subtitle can be shown.
2. When a subtitle is then downloaded and user clicks on CLOSE, no subtitle is displayed. When going back to the subtitle dialogue, the ENABLE SUBTITLES slider is now set to inactive. This is wrong. It should be just the other way around: the dialogie should become active on downloading a subtitle.
3. When a subtitle is present and a video is being started, ENABLE SUBTITLES is active. This is correct and the way it should be.
