Hello...I NEED HELP...new to this forum...can someone please direct me to the correct spot to ask for help...I was trying to download Kodi today...everything was going fine and it downloaded but im stuck in the original blue screen...it never gave me an option to force close...PLEASE HELP

Never hijack someone else's forum thread for your own Kodi problem. It's again forum etiquette.
Simply create a new thread, it can be moved to a different forum section whenever necessary.

I moved your post to the Windows section, I assume that's the case with your 'blue screen'.
