Kodi is capable of instructing a TV to go into 3D mode, but I'm not sure if Android is that smart as well.
What are your current settings for starting a 3D video?
Also, provide a debug log (wiki) so we can perhaps see if something odd happens while Kodi is running.

Iam using this box 3years. Just did factory reset and now not working.forgot to note the settings, please give settings

We don't know the manufacturer's default settings, only our own Kodi default settings, which are created when Kodi creates a new profile folder.
