Of course I see the files, unfortunately I can not rename the music folder in video.
You think it may be due to the folder name the problem?

There might be some confusion here - I was asking whether you could see them as entries in your video library (in movies), not whether you could see the files (in videos).
A debug log might show what's going on.
Which folder have you actually set to 'movies' content
Can you do the following:
1.  Enable debug logging (read this if you're not familiar with how)
2. Restart kodi
3. Click on your smart playlist (which will give you your empty list)
4.  Go back to the home screen
5. Navigate into videos section, to the folder you've set movies content on (it's not clear whether that's smb://RIVIVONAS/music/ or smb://RIVIVONAS/music/movies ), bring up the context menu, select 'scan for new content'
6.  When the scan has finished upload the log to a paste site (see the link in #1 if necessary) and post the link here.
