This is a great place to get help with a Kodi problem. You do have to put in a little effort yourself.

For all I can tell, you may have tried to upgrade a dish washer to the latest Kodi version.
Sorry, but we have no crystal ball with which we can magically see what is going wrong. Without a debug log (wiki) we cannot see what is happening on your Kodi device. If you need more help on it, just say so.
