I’m no expert but I think the add on is ok,it’s the vpn that needs looking at. ITV seem cleverer than the BBC at protecting against vpn access

Just had the same problem again.
I forgot that reinstalling works !!.Must be something to do with 2020.
That's my excuse anyway.
