Detected problems with app native libraries error? I am not an IT specialist, please could someone help explaining step by step please?

I got this error when trying to install Kodi 17.6 on my new android box H96 max +. It came pre installed but it was Kodi 18 so I uninstalled it and installed 17.6, then this error, please I apologise for sounding green but really need help please Thank you

Hi Chan, the version of per-installed Kodi on this box is likely proprietary (they have probably made changes to the software to run exclusively on their hardware), you might be better off going to the manufacturer or store and see if you can get support. Uninstalling 17.6 and try one of the nighties (link top left) perhaps that might fly. Otherwise the hardware forum would be a good place to ask questions about this box.
