LibreElec nightlys are available here, https://test.libreelec.tv/
I tried nightly 0912 on the NUC6 and had some video issues. Started up the first time with a matrix like KODI screen (not sure it that was right) and after playing an MKV - I went black and couldn’t get it back (even rebooting) So I have reverted to #0717 - all working again.

i'm getting video stuttering from the test build from https://test.libreelec.tv on 1st gen intel core i3 processor (intel hd graphics gen5) , had to revert back to Milhouse #0717 build.

Video stuttering... Not providing any further details or a log file, and immediately reverting back to an older build. How is that helping us?

not just video stuttering but UI was lagging as well.....i'm now reading your signature https://kodi.wiki/view/Log_file , so i just have to enable debug mode and then upload the kodi/temp/kodi.log file to pastebin and post the link here ?

@redfred

- Enable debugging
- RESTART Kodi
-Play a problem video
- Submit the kodi.log file to https://paste.kodi.tv or use LibreELEC's internal paste options. See the LibreELEC Wiki for more details on that.

And paste the link of the log file here.

Here are the log files from both Milhouse build and the latest test build
http://ix.io/2xoL
http://ix.io/2xoU

with milhouse build there is no lagging in the ui or playback and also i noticed when the debug is enabled it shows the fps at the top of the screen on milhouse build fps has gone upto 49fps and on the test build the fps hardly crossed 25fps.

I compiled latest Libreelec myself with some updates to the intel parts.
If you like try it. For me it is running smooth on a intel haswell system.

Hi Zero,
I have run it up —

LibreELEC (community): devel-20200917203343-1fcfe6a (Generic.x86_64)
smpboot: CPU0: Intel® Core™ i5-6260U CPU @ 1.80GHz (family: 0x6, model: 0x4e, stepping: 0x3)
https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/...i5syh.html

so far so good. I’ll share further updates after a couple of days.

Hello;

I am currently running the last released version from millhouse. It's the only version that will work with my r9 270. If I update to the latest nightly I get a failed xorg server error.

Is there something I can do to make the latest nightly work with my radeon card?

I would stay on the lastest millhouse but the libreelec repo doesn't work at all.

Thanks!

EDIT: NVM I got it working... With help from here: https://forum.libreelec.tv/thread/3128-s...ec-splash/

Today I got it to hang. The remote was still connected - but the screen frozen.Killed kodi and ok.

LibreELEC:~/.kodi/temp # ps -ef | grep kodi
 1119 root      0:00 {kodi.sh} /bin/sh /usr/lib/kodi/kodi.sh --standalone -fs
 1124 root      7h42 /usr/lib/kodi/kodi.bin --standalone -fs
 1500 root      2:25 /storage/.kodi/addons/service.tvheadend42/bin/tvheadend -B -C -u root -g video -c /storage/.kodi/userdata/addon_data/service.tvheadend42

kodi hung on clicking Kodi (enter) from the iPhone remote when we clicked at “ 20:30:32.029 T:1124     INFO <general>: VideoPlayer::OpenFile: ”

Hi @-zero- , just about to try out LibreELEC-Generic.x86_64-9.80-nightly-20200927-1cdc182.tar. Though I better give it a go too. Docker is working correctly in 0927. I’ll have to check how kodi behaves in 0927 now on the nuc.

Had the fonts go missing on 0927. Have just updated to nightly-20201002-0bfa8aa (Generic.x86_64) and playing an MP4 ok.

strange errros in the http://ix.io/2zz8 log file with the scanner, legacy addon directories, and xbmc.translatePath. Will have a look at cleaning up my kodi directories. The scanner is scanning into ISOs too..
 - docker fix :: https://github.com/LibreELEC/LibreELEC.tv/pull/4573

the ISO change that was made between 0927 and 1002 has broken the scanning engine (for ISOs)

- kernel 5.9
- docker fix :: https://github.com/LibreELEC/LibreELEC.tv/pull/4573
- some other wayland, x11 and intel things updated

If it crashs... yeah it is alpha status. At my system it is working fine. So have fun.

Hi @-zero- I have been running LibreELEC-Generic.x86_64-9.80-nightly-20201016-c5a4c7d.tar for a few days. Seems stable. Still having ISO issue during scanning - https://github.com/LibreELEC/LibreELEC.tv/issues/4576
I have downloaded your 1018 release and will try it tonight.
