Build Highlights:

1. Add support for HDR static Metadata
   

   The HDR PR does not enable HDR for x86_64 (Intel, AMD etc.) as this change currently only has an effect for Android (further changes are required for non-Android HDR). This PR is included to ensure there are no regressions.

Build Details:
