Hi @Milhouse, it's me again, still with the connection speed issue.
I did a bit of googling and it seems that linux with the newer kernels all have issues with the realtek driver r8169 for the RTL8111/RTL8168.
A common workaround seems to be to compile the older r8168 driver for your system and it seems that this resolved the issue for most.
Now I ssh'd into my kodi machine and ran "ethtool -i eth0" to see which driver is used by libreelec and sure thing, it's the r8169.

Or was that already tested and I just missed it in the thread?
