Hello, I have a question. Is there a way offline movies with a hint that the movie is on iTunes or Google etc.?

Movies that can be watched either on Blu Ray, iTunes, Google Playstore or whatever but one wants to have the movie in the library.
Kodi nor scraped videos have a search option into iTunes or Google.
Kodi doesn't even have a web browser onboard.
Enlighten us: if you have the movie locally already, what is the point of searching on iTunes or Google?
Perhaps your definition of "offline movies" is different from mine.
