Like bad news, this may never be merged into the v19 master branch.
Despite working perfectly, Team Kodi has no interest in it and is putting all possible obstacles. I can't do much about it.

They probably had some plan beforehand to delay it to v20 and now (despite having the work done) this is a problem.

Kodi is a very complex multiplatform application which has been in development for many years.
It's so big that AFAIK currently there is not a single person in the team who knows 100% of code, and there is even some legacy code existing since original xbox days...
While I understand your frustration I think your interpretation of comments/nitpicks on your PR is completely wrong,
building conspiracy theories when there are none and taking offenses SJW style is not a way to progress in any large OSS project,
an explanation about having to maintain the code already has been given to you.

It looks like you only care about your feature, HDR, and you are trying to push it too much without even trying to understand the comments you are getting.
I repeat: Kodi is a multiplatform, multi-os application, for example: you've been having build failures on linux on your PR - adding a feature to one platform while breaking another one is not acceptable.
What the Team members want is to have code that complies with current architecture/guidelines and is easy to maintain. Period. No conspiracies.

You attitude also doesn't help.
Eg this is a quote from your github comment:

If you have so high level of programming why are you having so much problems understanding Kodi internals and submitting proper code which both works flawlessly and makes the team happy?
For such a God of programming as yourself it should take like 15 minutes to read the whole codebase on your phone while taking a dump and totally and completely understand it. /sarcasm off
My conclusion: your programming skills are way lower than you think, also your gh account seems to be a new one so there is no way to look at your other contributions and see how cool you are ...
Someone may need to take a lesson or two of humility ...

You also should understand that when contributing to a large project you have to respect their rules.
Join Kodi irc channel and ask for help, I know there are quite a few people there who could provide valuable tips.
Language barrier is no excuse, it's actually an opportunity to improve your English skills which come very handy in a modern IT world.

I DO appreciate what are you trying to achieve because it's an important and much requested feature for many Kodi users on windows.
