Well, I admit that I have misinterpreted your message or I have read it at a bad time and I have reacted badly and I apologize for that.
However, that does not change the fact that it is not a general problem on Kodi or general on the NUC8i3BEK.
Perhaps the memory timings can influence, if it's single or double channel, etc. (RAM is used as video memory in NUCs)
Run CPU-Z on the NUC and post "Memory", "SPD" and "Mainboard" screenshots.
