What is the name of the file? A screenshot of your folder from Windows Explorer so I can see the file, other files in the folder and the path of the folder will be useful.

solved the problem already, see what aparently happened was when I had the file in the wrong folder I renamed it advacesettings.xml, .xml being part of the actual name of the file so I deleted the .xml part of the name and got the movies in and out the folder and that solved the problem, now the extras are not showing as movies.
Btw do you happen to know anything about the youtube addon? I installed it and haven't been able to sing in, I get this: Sign in with Google temporarily disabled for this app This app has not been verified yet by Google in order to use Google Sign In.
