hello all 


i have just install the emby add on to kodi 18.5. everything is working fine with the exception of the information screen of the tv series. In the past when i right click on a tv series and selected information i got the information for the series and the list of actors.

now i get a banner in lieu of the artist names.

what setting should i change?

No setting to change. It means that however you scraped or scanned your tv show and episodes, no actors data was provided.

How did you scrape the shows? I guess throwing emby into the mix might be the problem.

i tried to review the settings in emby and in kodi to no avail. i did scrape the shows.

if i load the tv shows directly into kodi from my nas bypassing emby i see the actors name and picture

Sorry I have no experience with Emby. Maybe @sualfred might know as I think he is involved with Emby.

Better ask the question in the emby board where @angelblue05 is more active. Don't forget the log.

And try a resync.
