Is there PVR client allows to play or live stream a "non m3u" live TV ? if no, how do I include https in the kodi to launch it ?

If the URL is not direct play you would need to create all the cookies, tokens, key files and credentials that you would need to pass to the utility since I suspect that is your problem, not https

How do I run or launch the strm file ? do you mind share me some steps

Hi, what I meant was a Live TV, in which URL is not ended with M3U, it is a https URL, any clue to run it ?

Yes I got that, but you still haven't even told us what your url does end in, 'a https url' still tells us absolutely nothing.

And? What is your problem?
The TV SUKAN channel?
It will probably be temporarily closed.
I still don't understand you...
