Another Issue I have. After the youtube addon plays a trailer of a movie that is selected, if I move to another movie, Kodi crashes.

Because of the Insane amount of Modifications going on especially in TBM there are more crashes. If There are ANY conflicts basically skin / kodi crashes quite frequently. The Most stable is Estuary ... does not Crash ( unless something is a huge ass conflict ).
If one sets up Titan Bingie Mod in a nice clean way with little conflicts as possible then skin / kodi beaves very well.
I know because I am forever middling with widgets etc etc and yes that causes more crashes but if I keep a very simple setup with some library & some Addon widgets then things perform very well without any issues.
