Dont know if u saw what i posted earlier but i just think it would make things easier for you if you just made a branch on titan bingie mod for matrix instead of maintaining two repos at once. If you are planning on making an actual Kodi Repo for Bingie Mod moving forward I can help you with making a split repo as well from what people have taught me so u can install on 18 and 19 from the same link and get the correct version of the skin.

We are almost done but let me see what we come up with. As of now we had to create entirely new add-on for matrix. But I think everything should be in the same repo.
