I'm sure they are doing it differently to make it much faster. They have a company of smart programmers that can specialize on things like being fast. Kodi and it's default skin are smooth and fast, but if there default was Titan Bingie Mod I'm sure they could make it just like Netflix.

The reason it's slower for some people is because of skin helper and widgets.

Makes sense. Appreciate it. Might I inquire what device you're using it on? Perhaps its a speed issue with the Matrix port? I might test on my 10900K Kodi soon

People won't openly admit it here, But I think the difference in experience here, is that when Bingie Mod feeds on local content, or plex, or emby, it is blazing fast. But those experiencing slow loading, is probably users using Addons that need to fetch lists and media info every single time from online sources.
