It's just to heavy and to many things going on really. So it will have to be based off PC. Just put PC in every room. What I did.

If I can find a little android pc that I could setup like the shield as a goto and easy use for the family I would do just that as the shield hosts 90% of the content in the home. It works lighting fast on my laptop so no issues there. Anyway thanks for the reply. I think maybe be I just disable the spotlight on both shields.

I use it on an android device and it works quite ok. Of course it can't work fast as it works on a computer, so you have to make some compromises. You don't need to put all 8 widgets on home. Arrange them in hubs. That's how I do. I have nowhere more than 4 widgets included.
