Hey guys I keep getting a quota exceeded message from tubed when I play trailers. A couple years ago I did the developer hack with YouTube got an api, secret code and such. My question is Tubed necessary in the skin seems redundant to have tubed and YouTube don't they do the same thing? Any help with the tubed error would be appreciated can I just delete it? or any idea what I can do to fix the error?

You only need youtube.

I tried deleting tubed and when I tried to play a trailer I got a pop up message saying tubed is required to perform this action would you like to add it now. I then redownloaded it and disabled the addon and tried a trailer and nothing happened at all. any advice?

I've never used Tube. The skin in the code has nothing to do with Tube. I really don't have an answer to your question. Maybe somewhere in Kodi it is set as the default video player. I have no idea.
