I would like to have the selected title image be the background and not the one that is selected for the background if someone would be so kind as to guide me. I also use a Paid IPTV addon that does the same thing. I really appreciate any help you can provide. 

That has to do with the add-on you use. It must provide the artwork.

If it was local media you could just select the fanart image.
