This sounds right to me. I guess I will try changing rclone's flags and see if there's a better way I can manipulate its cache to save the .nfo files locally. I saw a thread with a similar issue on the rclone forum that suggested running a script that will periodically access the .nfos to keep them in rclone's cache, since rclone can't really prioritize its cached files on its own. I will see if I can implement that to improve performance.
