Ok. I think that makes sense. So if I go into settings>Skin settings>Configure shortcuts>Edit menu shortcuts. At this part, is where I think I get tripped up. Do I add a widget here or customize submenu, then add widget?

You're really good at making this make sense. I think once I truly know what is what, I can put together what I'm trying to accomplish. Thank you.The movie and tv section are your HUBS and the Poster are your widgets.

Then go to the HUB and select the widgets you want.. After make sure to turn back on Lock widgets in HUBS.
Thank you both for your help once again. I did successfully get what I wanted added. There is only one final tweak I'm looking at with this. That is, despite me adding the widgets under the appropriate hubs, they all got filtered in under "Home." Whereas, I was hoping to have them separated out when I clicked on each category. Ultimately, if this is not possible, this will suffice. But just thought I would check one last time and see what I may be missing here. Thank you again!
Kind Regards,

Then go back into settings and lock the hubs again. Geez. I feel like a dork now. But thank you. Thank you both! Very much for your help!!
