Ok so if I understand it right:
1. it's not possible to set playing video as background (there is only sound but background is black).
2. disabling "Force stop playback when not in fullscreen mode" does not work for all cases (e.g. streaming from plugins I use, when I press back to go to the menu then video is stopped).
3. no catchup marks in EPG
4. no "Play programme" button in programme details window showed from EPG, so no possibility to playback archive of live TV
This is very nice and fast skin but above features are native kodi features which are missing here and it blocks basic functionality (except nr. 1, it's a matter of taste).
Isn't there a plan to add those or to consider adding?
