Is it now implemented in the Final Kodi 19.0 "Matrix" - Release?

there's no public API afaik, but it doesn't mean it's impossible

It's absolutely possible. See mrmc. Requires someone to implement though. I haven't time, or to be honest interest, in that at this point. I work on things in Kodi that interest me, and that's not at the top of my list.

One day I'll get there probably.

Pitty, because it's a feature that I think is very important because more and more video content supports HDR.

Can not here perhaps also Memphis and davilla (mrmc) support in the implementation? Because there was already a solution in the Kodi version 17.6 (kodi-20180227-4a25e62-yab-tvos.deb).

Davilla has nothing to do with kodi anymore, and memphiz has other priorities.

It is what it is, if someone wants to dive in and do it, go ahead, but short of that you are just going to have to wait.

Memphiz is N/A; Davilla doesn't work on Kodi, but MrMC code is freely available - anyone interested and with respective hardware can try integrating it in Kodi.

does HDR solution from 17.6 still work on tvOS 14?

No tried 17.6 before and can confirm that HDR doesnt work on it, hope someone would implement it soon coz i have xiaomi mibox 4k and kodi is so slow on it and but its so freaking fast on apple tv 4k , i know its better to use nvidia shield but i cant afford one right now, i only have apple tv 4k and mibox
