hello im new to kodi for some reason I cannot download the new kodi 19 matrix, I keep getting an error that says page not supported on my internet browser I used to have a build and kodi installed but one day I tried to open it up and I kept crashing when I would open it up it would say kodi stopped working. I then deleted it then tried to go to kodi website to download it then when I click on the windows download for kodi it says page not supported

I clicked on the link and it goes to a white screen that says:

"This page can’t be displayed
Make sure the web address https://mirrors.kodi.tv is correct.
Look for the page with your search engine.
Refresh the page in a few minutes".

I would not think Windows 8.1 is the cause. And you are connected to the internet as you can access the forum, obviously.

I tried accessing the two sites using IE, and no problems here.

Install and try another web browser?

Which country are you in?

iam in the united states im not sure if my norton 360 antivirus might be messing with it. you can acess the sites but when you click download on on the windows link it starts to go to the next page then that error comes up idk why. Also i will note that my kodi was crashing on start up so basically it would say kodi not responding. i was able to download google chrome and downloaded kodi 19 matrix fine.

Could be the issue. Blocking an unknown file download. The file is still too new for all the Anti-Virus agencies to have added it to their whitelists.

Let us know if you still have problems starting Kodi.

thank you so much for replying, by the way do you know if kodi 19 matrix has any builds yet? the one i downloaded seem kind of slow like the mouse curser seems a bit slow idk why, i cant find any builds online for it
