Finally getting around to updating from Win7 and WMC. I've completed installing Win 10 and installing Kodi and NextPVR. I have NextPVR working reasonably well displaying/recording live TV from my Dual Tuner Hauppauge Cable Card Device.
When I go into Kodi (v 19.3.0) and select Add In>select the box icon>PVR Clients>Install from repository>PVR Clients, NextPVR is not on the list. If I select the Search option, I can find NextPVR, but when attempting to install it says: The dependency of Kodi.binary.instance.pvr version 8.0.1 could not be satisfied.
I decided to go with NextPVR based on a suggestion from the Kodi wiki, so I'm thinking it should be compatible.

I think you are trying to install the Nexus zip file. Please remove it and then try and get the Matrix version for the normal repository. If you cannot, upload your debug logs. This is not NextPVR related. Release management seems to be giving you an issue which I hope can be easily resolved.

I really appreciate all the timely help!!
I'm confused on versions of the various pieces of the puzzle.
When I look at my NextPVR Client Settings it says, version: 5.2.4 (220103)
When I look at Kodi, it shows Build: 19.3 (19.3.0)
Git: 20211024-39a04cd6a7
Complied: 2021-10-24
When I download the 19.0.3 specified in emvepee's post above, the size and save date of the pvr.nextpvr-19.0.3.zip file is identical to what I previously downloaded and installed.
Is version 19.0.3/19.3.0 a typo somewhere or real?
Is version 19.x.x a Kodi version or a NextPVR version or a version of NextPVR compatible with version 19.x.x of Kodi.
Am I understanding correctly that we're trying to work around a Kodi/NextPVR version compatibility issue?
Really appreciate the help.

I also migrated from ServerWMC and have been very happy with it.
19.3.0 is the version of Kodi. It is also referred to as Matrix.
19.0.3 is the latest version of the NextPVR plugin which should be installed in Kodi 19.3.0.
Nexus is the Kodi v20 name. It seems like the nexpvr build for Nexus (v20) is trying to be installed instead of the build for Matrix (v19). I think they are working on getting the correct build into the correct location.
For now, make sure you download the i686 version for Matrix from the link above and try to install from the zip file.
Hopefully this clears up some of the confusion and gets you on the right track.

In Jenkins I see that 19.0.3 was built correctly for release for 32/64bit so I’m not sure what the issue is.

Thanks everyone! I had to turn on the option that allows Kodi to download add-ons from unofficial sources, but aside from that I was able to follow your instructions and install nextpvr from the zip file and things appear to be working.
I'm sure I'll be back with more rookie questions, but again I really appreciate the help.

the issue with the wrong version on our repo should be fixed.
