Installation
The skin and its required dependencies are available on my 3rd party alpha repository.
Note that due to a Kodi bug on Matrix you may need to install TMDbHelper and SkinVariables (via versions button in addon info) before installing the skin. If you have repository updates set to manual, please make sure that you update to the latest version before reporting bugs.

Bug Reports
As this is an beta release, you should expect occasional bugs. Please report bugs and missing features by creating a new issue on github.
Crashes on Nexus due to SegFaults in ElementTree python library (all platforms EXCEPT Windows)
Kodi Nexus uses Python 3.11 which currently has a bug in the CPython ElementTree library used to parse XML metadata. This bug causes unexplained SegFaults which crash Kodi when multiple scripts attempt to use ElementTree simultaneously.
The issue requires an upstream fix in CPython. There is currently no fix available on the Kodi side other than to suggest users limit the number of addons they have installed which rely on ElementTree. Having a lot of unnecessary addons installed is going to increase the chance of experiencing this crash.
TMDbHelper version 5.0.44 added a workaround to parse OMDb XML ratings metadata via a different Python library. Ensuring that you are using at least this version or higher should significantly reduce the incidence of crashes in general day-to-day usage.
Please note that occassional crashes may still occur if both SkinShortcuts and SkinVariables attempt to rebuild the same time. However, this occurs relatively infrequently and will typically only cause a crash if you have a lot of other addons installed which are also using ElementTree.
Additional Ratings
NOTE: Please read the above information about crashes on Nexus before entering your API key. You must be running at least v5.0.44 of TMDbHelper to avoid crashes caused by usage of the ElementTree library.
Ratings from IMDb, RottenTomatoes, and Metacritic require a personal OMDb API key.
You can get a free key from https://www.omdbapi.com/apikey.aspx
Enter your API key in TMDbHelper settings
Skin Settings > Manage Dependencies > plugin.video.themoviedb.helper > API Keys > OMDb API Key
Notes
The script.skinshortcuts configuration in this skin is NOT shared with other skins so that you can freely modify it while testing without worrying about messing up another skin configuration.
