Application interface language settings does not work.

I have Kodi app Google Play version. When I try to change interface language it does not work, but just display error message. I tried to switch to Ukrainian language under Settings menu and it did not work.

At the same time downloading language pack under corresponding menu section does not work, too.

What could be the problem?

Please be a bit more specific. When selecting a different language, that language module needs to be downloaded and then installed.
Does the download fail, or does the installation go wrong? Or does nothing happen at all?

Providing a debug log (wiki) of you changing the language could perhaps get us some information.

Right... Perhaps there has been a cleanup, or, Kodi 19.3 is already outdated. (Kodi 19.4 itself can also be installed via the Kodi Update Addon). But 9.0.19 seems no longer available.

Right now, there are 3 versions of the UK_UA language available in https://mirrors.kodi.tv/addons/matrix/re...age.uk_ua/ : 9.0.23, 24 and 25.
You could try the latest one and update/install manually via the zip file.
