I have been using the Fox News Video add-on for years, both on a windows desktop and an android MIBOX. The Fox News Video add-on stopped working last week on both platforms.
Is anyone else having this issue? Any suggestions please.

Same problem here. Started some weeks ago. I'm on macOS btw, so it seems it's not related to any one particular OS.
I've had the same issue a few years ago. I think I solved it back then by changing a few lines in a python script. Unfortunately I can't find that discussion (and instructions on what to change) anymore.
I'm also a bit surprised on how little information I can find on this. I was under the impression that a lot of people were using the add-on. But maybe there are just not that many users. Or maybe we're the only ones having this issue?
Anyways, I'm sorry I can't help you with this. I'll be doing some more searching this week. If I can find a solution, I'll post it here. Perhaps you can let me know if you've found something.
Cheers, DD

I can off course send u a huge log if that helps. This part seemed the only relevant part, because this is the part that was last added when I get the error in kodi. I thought this would actually make things easier for anybody that is trying to help.
Anything else you may need that can help?

Well, if you expect that everybody is going to read the forum rules, I guess you'll be disappointed a lot.
I actually did read the rules and couldn't find anything that I am violating. Rule 6 from the privacy policy states:
These rules apply only to the XBMC.org/Kodi.tv websites. At no point will any user be prevented from using Kodi as they so choose, nor will they be prevented from adding additional add-ons from any source they choose to use.
Most of the piracy crap I have are just some things I tried in the past. I don't even use them, they're all disabled. I just never took the time to actually remove what was already installed. My question is about a legal add-on, and I'm not promoting or talking about anything illegal. So I don't really see the problem here.
But ok. It's not a bad thing to clean up my install somewhat. I'll be back with a cleaner log.
Cheers!
