I have a mess in Kodi. Double shows, etc. I think it will be easier to just remove and replace Kodi than anything else I can think of.
Thoughts?

If clearing does not work, just delete the "MyVideos" database file, Kodi will rebuild it. To fill the content you will need to run the scrapers again.
Database files mostly found under ~/.kodi/userdata/Database.
You also might create a backup of the file before deleting, in case something strange is happening.

As others have mentioned, reinstalling the package will do nothing to the user data. If you want to "start fresh" for your user, you can backup your ~/.kodi and just delete the existing one. Restarting kodi's executable will re-create it and you will have all default values.
