akos.maroy Wrote:I just got the same kind of keyboard, and it works and doesn't work at the same time. what works:

- the mouse trackpad
- sound volume keys
- play / pause key, rewind key

what doesn't work:

- the fast forward key
- the enter key
- the arrow keys (when the mouse trackpad is in arrow mode, nothing happens)
- the backspace key

this is all strange, as all works fine when not running XBMC, basically all other applications on gnome.. did you encounter a similar issue?

I saw in the forum posts reference to setting VKEY values in a key mapping file - how would one get the VKEY values?

Hi,

I want to buy diNovo, but I'm confused that all buttons will not work.
I choose between http://alitypc.com/product_weeboard.php and diNovo mini.
Help me, pls.

Thanks for any tips !! Smile

After doing some checking my DiNovo Mini works with all media buttons on the XBMC 10.

I have also put in place the MCE add-on program and allowed it to do all needed changes (run XBMC as administrator to perform it). This might be the reason it works...?!

The media keys (FF and REV) no longer work on XBMC Frodo 12.2
in my log,
the ID always comes up as 0 and then the hex (fx200).

can someone please assist me in getting this fixed? when I try to use the XBMC keyboard editor, it assigns FF and REV as the same button

I am looking to purchase one of these. Which version would you suggest getting, the blutooth version or the rf version? Is there any difference when using them with a htpc. I'm looking for the best solution for wireless control. Thanks.
