I am working on an addition to the hulu plug for subtitles support. i have written most of the code to download the SAMI subtitle file and convert it to srt. I haven't really gone beyond that because i am still trying to learn how i need to do that rest.
I plan to cache the converted srt locally somewhere temporary and pass it as the subtitle file for the rtmp streaming media.
I really couldn't find a way to assign a subtitle file for and item in a video plugin in python. Does anyone know how this would be done? would i need to submit a feature request?
